The "preferred crossplay" is not working whatsoever. I'm on xbox and every single game is mostly PC players in my lobby, and there are more than enough console players for the system to make a console only server, as it was advertised to do. It's just not functioning, if it ever was supposed to.
Also, a dev stated clearly in an interview that if you turn crossplay off on xbox you can still play with other players on PS5, and not have PC players in your game. That does not work, I can't join my PS5 friends if any of us have crossplay off, and vice versa.
