Customize Loadout UI issue

NOTE: This issue is encountered randomly and quite rarely (i.e. in 1 or 2 out of 10 sessions).
When you navigate on the "CUSTOMIZE LOADOUT" screen and you try to hover over the primary weapon button, it becomes un-clickable and "flickers" between the current weapon and some random one (see attached video).
I have a suspicion it might be related to running the game on fullscreen borderless and Alt Tabbing to the desktop (which I do frequently), because sometimes it happens after that, but I can't reproduce it reliably.
