Dying at HQ spawn due to 5 second timer breakthrough

wont let me upload video, but heres some photos and explanation.

lets say you and your team are on breakthrough. you take both objectives....have a quick firefight and die...you then spawn at HQ .....now the map has moved forward while you have just spawned and you have 5 seconds to get to the knew zone...5 4 3 2 1  dead.  it happens a lot. either the timer should be longer or you should be restricted and not allowed to respawn in the old area
