Engineer Repair tool not functioning properly

The repair tool currently repairs the vehicle fine but doesn't give an experience other than the first 20 points, the challenges for the engineering class are also following the same rule and even though more than 20 points of repairing may be done at a time, neither the scoreboard or the challenges reflect the change in number.
