Exploit: Sniper decoy can remove scope glint regardless of proximity to decoy

The sniper decoy's scope glint hiding feature is not working properly. It doesn't hide scope glint if you ADS with a sniper rifle while within its radius, but only if you step from outside into its ~7m radius while ADS. However, once you do, your scope glint is permanently removed regardless of your distance from the decoy.
