Friendly Vehicle Damage on Game Start

Can we please have vehicle damage turned off for the first 10 or so seconds of the match? The past couple hours I've had multiple team mates destroy our tanks helis etc when the match started. This is obviously unacceptable and ruins the game for the team they are trolling. The easy fix would be no vehicle damage for the first few seconds or no damage to ones that haven't been entered by a player. Literally anything would make it better. Please and thanks!
