Game freezes when trying to use chat after UPDATE 1.2.3.0

I'm using both english and korean, and whenever i try to type something in in-game chat today after the patch, the game freezes. Keybinds aren't working at all, mouse is frozen too. I tried to rebo...

When are they going to fix the chat bug? The chat hasn’t been working for a month or more, or it works randomly ‘whenever it feels like it.’ How much longer are we supposed to wait?

Repair the game didn't help. Reinstalling didn't help either

This is ridiculous issue and I always forget that chat is broken and then I have to alt+f4 and then I can't be bothered to play again.
