Game not bringing me in when queued by another player in party

I have been having issues with this game since the open beta where the party leader queues us up for match and it loads them in but it does not load me in, furthermore when I have completed a match I am unable to use the items that I would have unlocked due to my progression even though I am the right level for it this is frustrating  as these issues have been around for about a month
