Game of the year upgrade

I bought the game of the year upgrade it says you would get all the weapons + attachments in the game of the year upgrade. I got everything else in the upgrade except for the weapons + attachments. I have restarted game/EA app and tried repairing the game and still nothing. I tried uninstalling the whole game and installed it again and did not get the all the weapons + attachments. And there is no way to reach out for ea support you just get random stuff to try and noting work. Please contact me
