Getting launched as well as constant lag

I was at the start of a Escalation mission editing my weapons, when I exited I had been launched into the air for some reason, also some how one of my teammates had gone down already as well? Unrelated but I figured I would add on, I lag on almost every single game I play, most of the time it is only movement lag for some reason, but sometimes it escalates to straight up unplayable lag on everything. I usually have 22-28 mbs down, and 4-7 mbs and dont lag on other multiplayer games.  I've added the clip of being launched in the air at the very start (sorry its low quality the higher quality ones failed to attach) and thank you guys for your time and assistance!
