High “Time Smoothing” Caused by CPU Bottleneck – Not a Network Issue

Pretty sure latency variation is a network issue especially in the scenario that many others posted in other threads. Campaign is fine and community server browser is fine for those reporting this.

I've watched the ping on the scoreboard spike for me when I get the warning.

BIOS changes and these special config files are just band aids. EA needs to optimize their server back end or something because there is something going on with data going back and forth
