Invisible Weapon, missing textures, missing sounds

I've been having two recurring issues: When I load into a game, half the time I'm missing my gun texture, and other textures haven't loaded in correctly. I can shoot and aiming down sights just zoo...

Possible fix: disable intel turbo boosting in bios

i’ve been having the same issue invisible guns, enemies, terrain, loading icons in menus taking forever to load  can’t quit out the game etc nothing wrong with my gpu, cpu, memory, disk or vram usage and temps. I only noticed a fix after disabling intel turbo boosting in the bios tried it both with on and disabled and it completely fixed it for me
