KV-9 Handstop

The Compact Handstop on the KV-9 when equipped allows for the player to fire whilst sprinting, but there's a significant delay from the mouse-click to the weapon firing. I don't think this was intended, the difference is quite jarring, simply stand and hipfire vs sprint hipfire to feel the difference.
