Laser designated anti-ground missiles are not affected by countermeasures

If a target is laser designated, they cannot flare anti-ground missiles. A helicopter and jet will get oneshot with no counter-play by:

• IFV MR missile
• Jet ATGM missile
• Helicopter ATGM missile

Even while using flares. It goes straight through. Sometimes the INCOMING notification is bugged (seems only on MR missile) and won't display at all - suddenly you are just dead.
