M44 cylinder attachment bug, and locked attachment slot bug

1) When the M44 sidearm is locked, modifying it and hovering over the cylinder attachment causes the name to show the text "ID_ARRIVAL_RANK_48" after it on hover (the name of the attachment, something starting with "6", is truncated inside the icon). The same bug occurs with the following weapons:

• USG-90's magazine slot shows "ID_ARRIVAL_RANK_36" after the name
• SV-98's magazine slot shows "ID_ARRIVAL_RANK_26" after the name
• M1014's barrel slot shows "ID_ARRIVAL_RANK_42" after the name

2) When hovering over attachments on locked weapons (or locked attachment slots on weapon packages with included attachments), the names of attachments that are equipped by default are truncated inside of the icon. Normally when there is no attachment in the locked attachment slot, no text is shown on hover, but this bug occurs when there is an attachment in the locked slot, so the name is placed inside the icon and then is shown on hover, truncated to a few letters inside the icon.
