Matchmaking in RedSec Quads is bugged

So I'm currently level 116 and a friend I play with is level 113 or something. Mostly, we feel like we've been having a very balanced experience in RedSec. Getting nice wins, sometimes 3-4 in a row. Then lose about that many. Often coming in 2nd to 10th. A few bad runs, but nothing too frustrating. 

Yesterday we played quads nearly all day. Every time we matchmake, we get anchored down by 2 complete noobs. 

I'm not being facetious.  Several runs, we TWO level 1 players join our squad. Literally never launched the game before, and never played a match before, and we get anchored down by TWO of them. Meanwhile, every run we are coming up against full 4-stacks of terminators. 

On top of that, we had two runs spoiled by for real aimbotters. 

This matchmaking can NOT be working as intended. You'd think that we'd end up getting at least ONE more player on our squad that knows how to play the game... but to be dragged down by TWO of our squad that literally have no clue what they are doing every single run? Something is not right here and needs to be addressed. 

I literally would rather drag my teeth down a curb than to have another day of gaming go like yesterday. 

I do not want to act as chaperone to scrubs EVERY SINGLE TIME and end up with a 2v4 in final EVERY SINGLE TIME. Matchmaking is INTENTIONALLY making good players that aren't in a 4 stack babysit absolute noobs. It's not like I'm the greatest player in the world. I can't solo or duo a 4-stack of terminators in final. 

Please address this.
