Matchmaking return to menu glitch

I had this problem in the beta 3 days after it released and I’ve had this problem where start match macking and then it loads me into a match but the screen is black and the BF6 logo shows up and it brings me back to the main menu. Now I thought this would be fixed when the game launched so I didn't report it then, but I’ve still had this problem and I thought it would be fixed by the time season 1 released (today) and it still hasn't been fixed, it's getting really annoying, I love this game and I want to play it but I’m tired of having to fight the game just to play especially since most of my friends are on pc and this is the only crossplay battlefield game (besides 2024) that's good and thaybthey want to play, so please fix this I want to play your game
