MBT-LAW ADS stuck when not using the launcher.

When playing as Engineer i constantly having the vignette around my screen and the colour change associated with using the MBT-LAW gadget when ADS. Even when not using it my screen has the feature stuck running around playing as usual, its very annoying and keeps popping in and out when playing.
