Missing Daily Login Messages and Rewards

I’ve logged in every day from October 10 to October 16, 2025, but I still haven’t received any new messages in my inbox related to the daily bonuses. All I want is to be able to claim the missing daily gifts that were supposed to arrive through those messages. I’m playing on PC (EA Play).

I’ve already contacted customer support, but I wanted to report it here as well in case others are experiencing the same issue. Hopefully, this can be fixed soon.

    I only got Day 1 and Day 5. I missed Day 4 legit, but I should have gotten the rest and did not. Never got the message in my Inbox. I opened a case in EA help and they are absolutely useless. They just keep giving me procedural instructions that I already know or thought I was talking about the EA App outage rewards.

    I got to a final answer on my case actually. They acknowledged that there is no fix available currently and it has been escalated supposedly.
