I completed the dreaded free pass on 2042 and I preordered phantom edition on steam, and I do have my account linked on EA app /website but I do not see my skins or rewards. Is anyone else having this issue?

I am having the same issue ! No pre-order bonuses and no phantom edition bonuses ! :( So frustrating !
