Missing Skins.
Why is my Original Ling skin missing? Same goes for Atlas. I cant even equip him. As you can see i clearly have him.

Thank you. Is there a way I can get the skin / package that I bought?
It is frustrating to spend money to buy BF6 coins to then buy soldier skins and packages that disappear both from the store and do not show up in your loadouts, without being traceable in-game.
I would appreciate if EA Support would fix this issue (fix the bug and find my purchased items ) or give me my 1800 coins back.
