Missing Skins.

Try everything you recommend, but nothing works! a lot of yellow dot in skin select screen; now I don't even know how many skins I own and which one is missing

Hi, im missing a new skin i just bought before season 3. I cant remember the name of it but it was on sale for a few days for 850 battlecoins. I do remember that it was the Japanese Nato skin with the red bandana around his forehead, came with a parachute and 1 other item, maybe a snake sticker or something. Ive tried everything that the guide says to do. Idk where else to go to tell someone. Please help.

It is frustrating to spend money to buy BF6 coins to then buy soldier skins and packages that disappear both from the store and do not show up in your loadouts, without being traceable in-game. 

I would appreciate if EA Support would fix this issue (fix the bug and find my purchased items ) or give me my 1800 coins back.

I have the same issue with the skins. I just purchased a skin package on Battlefield with available Battlefield Coins. The soldier Package (dont remember the name) includes a bald-headed pax armata support skin, the player card "cut and thrust", as well as the serrated blade "bone saw", amongst OTHER things. Unfortunately, battlefield does not show in-game purchase history to track this so I can exactly tell you what else was included in the package. The package is still in the BF6 store. 

I received the Player Card and the serrated blade skin, but my pax armata soldier skin is not available anywhere. 

This is not understandable. Also, I did not receive any "orange dots" indicating that the items I purchased are "new". 

Can you please help trace this issue and fix it? 

IT has been more than 24 hours. I restarted the game, checked for updates. And all my accounts (EA etc.) are connected properly. Thanks.

No matter what I do the entire task force vector is bugged. No pictures pop up when pressing customize leading to missing skins.
