Not put into game with party

I was left in the endgame and main lobby menus 3 games in a row last night. Usually it's 1 or 2 games a night but they are spaced out by a couple hours. Last night though I had the first couple that were spaced out by about an hour ,then had one game where we got in as a party, then 3 times back to back to back. I've tried the fixes. When I'm the leader it will sometimes one or both of my party members behind. Idk how they didn't fix this from beta but it's extremely annoying because I never get into a squad with my party members when I have to reload into the game
