Not receiving weapons and gear from unlocks.

Have completed many missions and other things and have nit r received the unlocks for classes and weapons even though it shows they have been completed. Looked up how to fix and was told to “clear cache” of my console but I see no way to do it. I uninstalled then reinstalled the game and still nothing. This is very frustrating when I paid 110+ for this game.
