One sided helicopter spawns? I don’t if it’s a bug or intentional.

I've been following this thread since shortly after it was created. So far, there's been no response from the devs regarding this issue. Just two hours ago, someone posted about being able to use the Phantom Edition skins after today's update, even though they didn't purchase them and a moderator responded within those two hours. For skins... Yet this topic, which actually affects gameplay, remains completely uncommented. It's honestly a bit disappointing.
