Operation Firestorm global Depth of Field

Why is global Depth of Field enabled by default on the Operation Firestorm map? It's impossible to disable it. Is this a map style or a bug? I have all types of blur, chromatic aberration, and so on turned off. On all other maps, everything is perfectly visible without blurring. But on the Operation Firestorm map, everything away from the center of the screen is slightly blurry. This is very annoying; it feels like I have vision problems.
