This is absolutely insane to me. Content I paid for was removed without notice and without credit to me, refund or compensation. Specifically the Marine Corps bundle (others as well).
I've been playing Battlefield for like 10-15 years, EVEN Battlefield 2042 through all the BS. This is completely unacceptable that our content was literally stolen from us. Contacted customer support, I was patient and respectful, was told that I should be playing on PC because PS wouldn't get any help. Then I was directed to check the forums and I explained that I already did that and tried all the "self fixes." Before i could even finish writing my response, the agent just ended the chat with me. Disgusting behavior by EA / Battlefield 6 support.
They already massively screwed up with 2042 and now the issues with BF6, with player levels dropping significantly. This is not how you encourage players to stick around or take care of paying customers.
