    Yes - EA support quite literally told me multiple times via email that there was nothing they could do to help, that the only solution was for me to cry in the forums instead and maybe I’ll be able to find a solution there lmao 

    absolutely unacceptable behavior from ea support over removal of paid content , 100% killed what little remaining good faith I had in this franchise
