Phantom skins
I do not own phantom edition, but I have skins unlocked, happened with todays update: 1.0.1.0. I own the game on Steam
Ideas
wtf even is this.. Insane how much extra the pack cost and all these people are getting it for free. Personally 2 people in my friends group have recieved it for free and on such a small sample size this must be really widespread. Not good enough. refund for the actual phantom edition owners is more than justified in this case.
