Problem with kill cam not displaying correctly

I've had this happen twice, both on manhattan bridge. 

The first time I was on top of one of the tall buildings, while having a gun fight with another player. When I died, he was displayed as a tank. He was 100% not a tank when he killed me. (see bf1.jpg).

Second time, same map. I was fighting another player for an objective. Both pvp in a gun fight. When I died his kill cam showed he was a helecopter. He was 100% not a helecopter when he killed me. (see bf2.jpg)
