Progression fails to track (sometimes)

I hit level 20 and unlocked the class challenges and still needed the 200 points of vehicle repair from the third teamplay challenge so I decided to follow a tank around for an entire match of breakthrough to rack up repairs. When the game was over and I checked my challenges, I received 0 points of progress towards my repair challenges. This would be one thing if the challenges weren’t tied directly to equipment unlocks. I uploaded a video on YouTube on the account “The DM Diego” proving my claim. I want to know, DICE, what are you going to do to get me my XP that I deserve? I spent 20 whole freaking minutes following a tank around and repairing it to be awarded absolutely squad in regard to the challenge. I’m just so mad and I feel so stupid for wasting my time, thinking this would finally be the time that DICE release a game that just worked. I was so stupid for believing that and I paid for it ($70) like an absolute idiot. The next time I go to buy a game from the studio I need somebody to stop to the tune of .45 caliber.
