PS5 Storefront not loading

About 7/10 times when accessing the store area, whenever I click on a pack, the items inside will all be greyed out, and the description will be replaced with a forward slash /. 

I have to leave, do some matches and hope that the items will then show afterwards.  

To replicate this issue, simply try to access the store on the PlayStation 5 system, and it should be shown.
