Purchased Battlefield Pro on November 2nd still do not have instant unlocks.

The title pretty much sums it up. I purchased the pro battlepass on November 2nd and have STILL not been given ANY of the instant unlocks. I have sent 2 tickets in and have not received anything back. I just want what I paid for.
