Recon 1 Challenge not completing with full requirements.

I have completed Recon 1's requirements of 250 spotted enemies and earn score of 10,000. Both bars are green but challenge has not completed and I cannot receive the c-4 and cannot progress to Recon 2. I have tried re-installing the game with no change. Thank you for reading, I hope we can get this figured out and I can start drone bombing for my team.
