Reporting a bug in a game or app

I have a bug. Here are two images. You can't see the text on the grenade disappointment system.

Also, when I launch the game, when I introduce EA, the game goes into the background. I open the game again, and the window shrinks. I'm reopening it until the Battlefield start introduction ends.
