Reticle Brightness (Or lack there of)

Hello everyone,

I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I'm not sure if the issue is a "bug" or by design. Is there a way/option/plan to address the poor weapon reticle illumination problem? Some sights/reticles are worse than others but overall they lack intensity and some get washed out VERY easily in certain environments.

For example I'm currently using/testing the GRIM 1.50X thermal. It's a basic sight consisting of a large red cross and hash marks but it is barely visible and in certain conditions its almost invisible to the point where I'm having to guess where the center actually is.

I've tried changing the graphics settings but there aren't a lot of options. (Playing on Xbox X)
