Revived Immediately after Vehicle Exploded Stuck in stationary third person view

Like the title states I was in a vehicle (one of the trucks) and drove over a mine, I was revived almost immediately, like within a second or two, and I was stuck in the stationary third person camera you are in when driving the vehicle and it explodes. I could move around and shoot and do all the the normal game things, I even saw my crosshair paint across the map as I looked around. Bug resolved when I was downed by an enemy. Very weird. Im on PC playing on steam windows 10.
