I bought the game about a month ago and after playing email tag with support for the last week or so I also have not received any rewards from the open beta or Road to Battlefield event. All I get are generic robot responses and this is completely ridiculous. This will be the last time I ever buy anything from EA if they don't fix it. I have been burned one too many times by this company.
