Smoke launcher not unlocked after support 1 completion

After not being able to progress the support 1 challenge with healing teammates, i was suprised when i logged in yesterday and saw that it somehow progressed to support 2. However, i'm currently trying to do the support 3 challenge with smoke assist and wanted to try out the new smoke launcher for that.

Turns out, because of the weird way support 1 completed itself after being stuck for several days/weeks, it never actually unlocked the smoke launcher for me.

So i'm not sure what went wrong or what happend, but i hope this is a fixable thing.

Please let me know if this is something i can fix myself.

(support 2 reward didn't seem to have a problem)

EDIT: Just completed all 6 support challenges. But because the system counts the smoke launcher as not unlocked (tells me 1 assigment remaining), i can't equip the red elite badge on my playercard. I have unlocked it, just can't equip it.
