Sniper always gain muzzle brake attachment

Issue: Muzzle brake device always comes back even if you saved the weapon without it

Intended Behavior: muzzle brake to not come back after you removed it

Description: Of each time you put off the muzzle brake attachment on snipers, upon exiting a battle/relog the muzzle brake device always comes back, if there is no more attachment points, it automatically removes the last placed attachment and replace it with muzzle brake (as shown in the picture, the 5 out of 10 points the muzzle brake occupies is supposed to be anti glare)

How to replicate: Save sniper without muzzle brake; Relogin/enter a battle, switch off the muzzle brake, exit the battle; muzzle brake appears again
