Social menu stuck open when downed

When downed at the same time social menu  is being opened the menu will be stuck open. While downed with this menu bug you are not able to close, interact with the social menu, and even the escape key fails to bring up the start menu. You are able to look around while in this state. The only thing to get out of this state is once you bleed out or get revived.
