Some vehicles not spawning on maps

This happened to me almost all of the time on the Gibraltar map, Operation Firestorm, Cairo, New York. On these maps some vehicles dont spawn for one team. Like IFV for one team in Cairo and on the same map the MBT doesnt spawn for the other team!
