Squad Deathmatch Challenge 1 BUG

I grinded some challenges to get Pax Armata Support Skins, but I notice they changed the challenges' goal from 5x win to 2x win on Squad deathmatch. However, its marked objective complete but I didn't get the skin (espada patrol support skins), this is just annoying. Tried to play squad deathmatch again but no effect.
