Still no compensation despite recent update

I was affected by the game not working on EA app on launch day, and still have not received the compensation that was promised. EA support just keeps shrugging me off and saying to wait. one support agent said they would direct me to another team, but did not.

Same here, It takes so long I´m starting to think they are waiting for more people that have to be compensated to buy the Battle Pass. If this is true, and I really do think so considering how suspiciously quiet it got regarding this, it´s just dishonest and **bleep** buissiness practices. But nothing new, you can always try to get every last penny out of the fans of your games until you are called out.

The main thread concerning this issue was closed but the matter is still unresolved - I am still missing the battle pass that was promised. Below is the picture the official Battlefield twitter posted offering compensation including a battle pass:

I've received the boosters/tokens but not the Battle Pass.

It's actually insane how unwilling they are to hand out tokens that don't cost them anything and a $10 battle pass. Even more insane that they just straight up close the thread about it. What's next, are they gonna start closing these threads too? Wouldn't doubt it since my post and yours are the only recent ones I could gleam from here. 

So i’ve been reporting this issue since the announcement of compensation. Been emailing back and forth with your bot and then the occasional person that also just replies as a bot. Same response as always, those affected have been compensated. Problem for me here is that I have not been. And I could not Play on launch through the ea app. All I could do on launch day was to try and join a portal server where I was stuck in loading screen just to never be able to join and get kicked into menu again. Now one of the most annoying things to happen is that I get the e-mail from EA that says I would get the compensation now. Still nothing, even though for me now its just the fact I was promised this stuff. Im enjoying the game and having fun. But f**k me if the service from customer support is terrible. Not a single person trying to actually go Down to a human level and just help me. Its the same copy paste replies every **bleep** time. I bought phantom edition and im guessing im not gonna get the BP for season 2 either. What a premium to pay, to get no help in return. Im not a forum dweller in general so i also just this morning Saw they closed the official post on this issue. 

I bought BF6 through the EA app and the game didn't work on launch day. As compensation you promised a free battlepass, but I don't have it. So please explain, or provide a battlepass. Thank you

They just don't give a f*** about this, It's a big PR scam.
I've created a couple of tickets, which got transferred and now they closed it with the same BS answer that the issue has been resolved and eligible players can get the compensations via ingame message.

Same, got the boosters after 1 and a half months of back and forth with support and multiple messages in the post (which they locked today lmao) with over 8200 comments about this issue, but still did not receive the promised battle pass. They basically went "Fine, take your boosters and stop complaining already, but the battle pass we promised? nah forget it, that would cost us money" Their greed knows no bounds.

Safe to say, I will never spend a single cent on the game after allat broken trust.

I got the boosters a couple days ago after 1 and a half months of writing support tickets and complaining in the forums, but STILL DIDN'T get the promised battle pass. They gotta be trolling with this I swear.

It's so frustrating how they treat their customers, too greedy to actually hand out the battle pass when THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to promise it after messing up on launch. It's not like we asked them to compensate us, they went and announced it. How can I ever trust that company again if they can't even keep their word and are trying to sweep this scam under the rug?
