Supply crate not resupplying me - died as a result when assault

When I’m support and I put the supply crate down it seems I have to put it down in particular places and is really random. When I’m lying down I don’t get resupplied. When someone else puts one down and I can see it on screen I run over and it does nothing. 

even when I’m standing up some times it just stops resupplying and I have no clue why. Doesn’t have an effect the number of people around me. Some times it bounces off the ground and then will open on its side and not work. 

can you look into this please rather annoying when I’m assault running around for ammo that doesn’t resupply me.
