Support - Incendiary Airburst Launcher - Only direct impacts count

For Support Specialist 2 (3) only direct impact damage with the Incendiary Airburst count, making it a huge pain to try to complete. I'm assuming this is a bug because otherwise it will be extremely...

[a/o 15 October] Same here. I also see that only direct impacts count. This cannot be intended. They must fix this!
