For Support Specialist 2 (3) only direct impact damage with the Incendiary Airburst count, making it a huge pain to try to complete.
I'm assuming this is a bug because otherwise it will be extremely tedious to finish. The 75 revives in a match portion wasn't too bad but this is going to drive me insane if I try to finish it as is. Other than that loving the game!
A workaround (firing at mines you placed next to a vehicle before redeploying as a medic) has been...patched. but the launcher problem is still there...thanks for the patch...(Yeah, I am ironic)

I have the same issue here ๐ . So bad that I did all the challenges just to hit a wall. Direct hits, few kills per game and hopes that it would count a lot moreโฆ 78/2000 ladies and gentlemen ๐.

Here we are, November 18th 2025. Still the same issue. The challenge states to "DEAL DAMAGE" using the airburst incendiary. Direct hits, splash damage, dmg over time... all of this is damage, but NOTHING is counting toward this God-awful challenge. I have played 4 games in a row, solely using this weapon to blast people. I'm watching the damage ticks on my screen and even getting kills with it. Expecting to see some massive headway on the numbers, I'm at 64 of 2000.

Even today November 18th, 2025 after patch 1.1.0.2 , I can't believe that this challenge has still not been addressed and fixed...
People were using other "tactics" or bugs to complete it (damage mines to explode nearby vehicles), and even this has now been addressed with the new patch instead of fixing the original problem...
The damage from the incendiary launcher should count not only the direct impact, but also when people are burning... I have 94/2000 done, and I can't recall how many times already I've used it on every map that I'm playing as Support.
Please EA fix this once for all, I want to complete my Support Tier 3.
NOTE: If this cannot be fixed within time, at least change the requirements to complete tier 3 to something else...
Yup. Same issue - STILL bugged while this report is already 2 months old.
Figured this out within 3 direct hits. The fact it still isnt fixed is beyond me.

Yes please fix this! as a test i just used the launcher for an entire game, got 5 kills and I'm sure much more damage and it only gave me 62 points for it. this is taking too long and it doesn't help i stink at using it!
This is a wild bug to be still present. It basically blocks support progression until someone looks up online the solution for passing this quest which involves team killing vehicles in spawn. Come on!
