Tank Signt shows when ADS as Inantry

I have noticed when I explode in a tank or a vehicle with similar sights to the tank and I ADS in the tank my next life when I go to ADS as infantry my screen will be buggy and it will show the screen as if I am looking through the tank pov still until I die and respawn.

    Had this bug today. Only it showed up randomly as infantry (heavy vignette and muffled sound) - i did not even have to ADS to get it. It happened often and did not go away after a respawn, had this bug the whole game.
