Timed out while playing???

I was in a conquest match as a support, Helping my team it was close to the end of the match with us having somewhere like 250 tickets left and enemy team having like 220 or so left. I ended up getting a frozen screen after my death. Shortly after followed up with you have been timed out for inactivity.. What is this I never sat or camped at all, was never afk. This happened on PC using EA app.
