Training path abilities not working/activating

I’m playing on PC using a controller but when I get enough xp for the main training path ability I am unable to use it. It just shows as white with no prompt or button to push to use it. I saw it was...

We also have our squad of players unable to trigger training path ability. In beta the key was “6” on the keyboard.

I don’t even see a keybind in the options for this ability. I have reset my keybinds to see if it would work. Nothing yet, none of us have been able to trigger.
